A caller reported Friday at 11:13 a.m. that some juveniles had left bikes on Third Street West a few days earlier and now the bikes were next to the dumpster.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 52, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a Second Street business reported Friday at 2:18 p.m. an intoxicated woman who had been removed from the store for soliciting money was walking in the middle of the street, and a 2:21 p.m. caller on Third Street reported she was laying on the sidewalk.
