The transaction agreement was signed at the Sagad s.r.l. office in Rome by Luca Lonardoni, executive chairman of L’Alleanza, and Vincenzo Elifani, managing director of Sagad s.r.l.

As a result of the acquisition, Sagad s.r.l. ‘s annual turnover will increase by more than EUR 3 million, and 139 new employees will be added to the company’s workforce.

The successful transaction will increase Sagad s.r.l. ‘s operational efficiency and create the conditions for the company’s further growth in the Italian facility management market.

B+N Reference Zrt. acquired Sagad s.r.l. in September 2023. The Italian company, founded in 1950, operates in areas such as hygiene services for special industrial facilities, including nuclear power plants, but also has extensive experience in the technical management of public and residential buildings.

Sagad s.r.l. focuses its activities on the Rome and Milan area, and its clients include several Italian ministries, numerous public administrations, university campuses and large international companies.

With more than 30 years of professional experience, B+N Referencia Zrt. has recently become a leading facility management player in the Central and Eastern European region.

Since 2023, it has also been present in the Western European market. B+N is Hungary’s sole facility management company with a research and development department.
